These terms govern your use of the Loopset app and this website.

## Use of Loopset

Loopset is licensed, not sold. You may use the app for lawful personal or business use, subject to the rules of the platform where you download it and any pricing or licensing terms shown at the time of download.

## What Loopset Does

Loopset is a macOS utility that helps you switch between running apps and optionally organize them into named Work Loops. It requires certain macOS capabilities, including Accessibility permission, to perform that function.

## Your Responsibilities

- Use Loopset only on systems and accounts you are authorized to use
- Review macOS permission prompts and enable Accessibility access only if you are comfortable doing so
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law

## Availability and Changes

Loopset may change over time. Features, pricing, distribution channels, and platform availability may be updated, suspended, or removed.
